YEAR-1 PLAN, TIMELINE & RISKS

Months 1–4 (Build): monthly reviews; beta in Month 4

  1. Months 5–7 (Launch/Grow):

    • 1,000 plays & ≥70% rating in first month

    • 10,000 players by Month 7

    • Discord: 200 active, 50 reach Level 2, 20 reach Level 3

  2. Months 8–12 (Local Impact): ≥10 youth-led initiatives with measured outputs

  3. Launch hub: Mexico City (global online access)

  4. Track transitions: player → learner → project leader (monthly)

  5. Risks & mitigations:

    • Retention/Fun: live-ops, seasonal events, social guilds

    • Reach/Discovery: schools, youth NGOs, Roblox discovery channels
