From one long conversation to a working board

1. 1一次长谈One long conversation定主线：她想回答什么问题，放在哪个学科里问，哪一年入学。Settle the main line: the question, the discipline to ask it in, and the year of entry.
2. 2查项目Check the programmes逐校核对截止日、资助、英语要求和导师是否在任，每条记下出处。For each school, check the deadline, funding, English requirement and whether the faculty are still there, and note the source.
3. 3定合作综述Set up the review先查重，再写方案并在 OSF 注册。成员本人第一作者，检索、筛选和写作都由她完成。Check that it has not been done, then write and register the protocol on OSF. The member is first author and does the searching, screening and writing.
4. 4搭两页Build the two pages本站的入口页写思路和骨架；Claude 上的在线看板管进度、推荐人和待办。The entry page on this site holds the strategy and outlines; the online board on Claude tracks progress, recommenders and tasks.
5. 5共享Share入口页加密码、不进导航；在线看板只给本人和带写人编辑权限。The entry page gets a password and stays out of the menu; only the member and her mentor can edit the board.
6. 6复查Review定期看进度；申请季开始前统一核对各校当年的截止日和要求。Look at progress regularly, and re-check every school’s deadlines and requirements before the season opens.
